Yolanda: A Heart for Leadership, A Passion for Change

A native of Georgetown, SC, and a Christian saved by God's grace, Yolanda is a woman of purpose and faith. She is deeply blessed with a loving family—who have played a vital role in shaping her journey.

A proud graduate of Clemson University, Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. For a decade, she thrived in the engineering field, but she soon felt a divine calling to step away from her corporate career and step into her true mission—empowering young girls and shaping future leaders.

With a heart for service, Yolanda returned home to Georgetown, where she founded Belle Leadership, a dynamic mentoring program for girls, and Follow Me! Leadership, an innovative elementary school-based program designed to cultivate leadership skills, enhance social and emotional well-being, and inspire service-driven empowerment. Centered on eight guiding principles, her programs instill self-confidence, teamwork, and a commitment to making a difference in the community.

As a certified girls’ life coach, sought-after motivational speaker, and transformative workshop leader, Yolanda has an extraordinary ability to connect with her audience, meeting them where they are and guiding them toward a life of purpose, confidence, and success. She brings powerful lessons to life through simple, relatable experiences, ensuring that her words resonate deeply and inspire real change.
